**JOB SUMMARY:**

Plans, develops and executes ongoing program(s) that impacts a significant segment of the organization under occasional guidance.



**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:**




+ Oversees thecreation, coordination and execution of the program.

+ Providesbudgetary management to the program.

+ Providestraining and guidance for individuals supporting the program.

+ Promotesgrowth and expansion of the program.

+ Theresponsibilities listed are a general overview of the position andadditional duties may be assigned

+ Run humansubjects program


+ Searchingpublic databases to locate infectious disease outbreaks

+ Contactingpublic health officials to locate survivors of infectious disease

+ Coordinationof international samples, including permits and import/export controldocuments

+ Enrolldonors in research studies

+ Assist inIRB creation and maintenance

+ Manageinternal donor database

+ Managelocation of human subjects samples in lab freezers


+ Initiate andrun One Health program


+ Networkwith animal/wildlife researchers to acquire animal blood and/or tissuesamples

+ Oversightof sample shipping including required permits and import/export controldocuments

+ Initiatelab work to process samples and track status of projects using samples


+ Other dutiesas assigned

Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) and 3 years relevant experience
