**Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher**
**Summary: **This position will serve as a key component of the Regional Home Services team. This role is crucial in the daily operation and effectiveness of both all trade teams. Managing the schedule, customer service, billings, and assisting the operations manager are the primary duties of this role. Ability to be quick, flexible, and solve problems effectively and efficiently is crucial to the success of this position. A high level of customer service skills and interpersonal skills is necessary to navigate the consistent changes in the daily tasks of this role.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities** (include but are not limited to):
* Ensures all external and internal customers receive a high level of value and customer service.
* Data entry skills and professionalism
* Accurate and detailed billings of monthly service calls.
* Ensures all technicians are routed accurately, dispatched efficiently, and dispatched effectively.
* Schedules sold installations accurately with a high level of detail.
* Manages the dispatch boards for all Regional Residential trades.
* Supports trade managers to continuously make sure technicians are being utilized in the most efficient and effective manners.
* Works with the installation managers to plan the future schedules of technicians and sales personnel.
* Optimizes operations by matching the best opportunities and routes with appropriate technicians.
* Serves as a liaison between management, field technicians, salesmen, and customers.
**Education and Experience:**
* High School diploma, GED, or equivalent with three (3) to five (5) years of data entry/administrative or related experience and/or training is required.
* A working familiarity and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products including Excel and Word, and the ability to be trained in use of the Company-specific applications and software
* A working familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics SL
* Proven ability to multitask
* Proven ability to work as a team player

**Physical Demands/Working Conditions:**
Individuals in an office-based position will encounter ambient room temperatures, fluorescent lighting, and will be expected to operate traditional office equipment as found in any typical office environment. Individuals may need to sit at a desk or table for long periods of time. An office worker may also be expected to spend long hours in front of a computer screen. A person in this position can be expected to reach over shoulder heights; crouch or stoop below the waist; experience repetitive wrist, hand, or finger movement; occasionally lift up to 25 pounds depending on the position.
